These terms govern the use of deals.dsl4.com and purchases made through the site, operated by [NOMBRE Y APELLIDOS DEL TITULAR], NIF [NIF].

Prices

All prices are in euros and are FINAL prices for Canary Islands consumers: applicable import taxes are already included (IGIC borne at import under the special retail-trader regime) and there are no surprise customs charges on delivery. The applicable price is the one shown when your order is confirmed.

Ordering and availability

Orders are prepaid. Before capturing payment we re-verify current price and stock with our supplier; if the price changed or stock is gone we block the order or refund you in full immediately — we never charge against stale data.

Delivery

Locally-stocked items: 24-72 h delivery in south Tenerife (free over €50). Made-to-order items shipped from mainland Spain: 5-10 working days including customs clearance — we are honest about lead times and tell you the shipment type before you pay. Rest of the island and other islands: courier at the cost shown at checkout.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason (Spanish Consumer Act). Request it from your order page or by writing to [EMAIL DE CONTACTO]. Full refund within 14 days of withdrawal. Legal exceptions: unsealed items unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons, unsealed software/licences, and personalised goods.

Legal guarantee (3 years)

All new products carry the 3-year legal conformity guarantee. We are your single point of contact and handle repair/replacement with the manufacturer or distributor — we will never send you off to fight third parties. Open a case from your order page.

Dispute resolution

Consumer arbitration boards are available. Governing law: Spanish. Jurisdiction: as legally corresponds to the consumer.
